We offer solutions for different needs, such as meetings, seminars, corporate events, weddings and other private events. Our range of event spaces includes modern meeting rooms in the heart of the city, natural villa areas by the water, as well as personal museum spaces and ballrooms suitable for both large and small events. All our catering services are tailored to your wishes, and we also cater for special dietary requirements such as vegan and gluten-free options. In addition, we can organise entertainment services and event decoration together with our professional partners.

Wohls Stall

After a complete renovation, a new banquet and event space, Wohls Stall, was opened in November 2020. The multipurpose hall of the stable is suitable for seminars, corporate events and family parties or concerts.
Depending on the layout, the main hall can accommodate up to 150 guests, and the fully equipped kitchen allows for smooth service even for larger groups. If needed, the entrance foyer can also be used as additional space. The “Tallikabinetti” meeting room for 8 people is ideal for executive and management meetings. Don’t forget the manor-style Wohls Gård, which offers space for approximately 65 guests.

Step into the wonderful world of Camping: Minigolf, bar & nightclub, in the city centre of Helsinki. Here you'll find a 13-hole indoor mini golf course, bar, and karaoke. You can visit without a reservation, but for groups, we recommend booking a start time or table in advance. Fore!
Camping also offers flexible options for hosting private events of various sizes — from intimate gatherings of just a few people to club nights for up to 600 guests.
Hiekka Beach Volley Club

Hiekka Beach Volley Club, located in Varisto, Vantaa, is an exceptional beach volleyball paradise even by international standards, and it can instantly transform into a unique 1,500-square-meter summer event arena.
With the largest number of beach-courts in Finland, this beach sports sanctuary is optimized for playing beach volleyball and beach soccer. The sand, sourced from Yyteri in Finland, also serves as a completely unique surface for various events, accommodating events of up to more than 600 people
Hiekka features beautiful saunas, a large free parking area, and game balls are included in the court rental. In our sunny beach bar, it’s always summer. Hiekka operated in Konala, Helsinki from 2018 to 2022. In January 2024, Hiekka moved to completely new facilities, which we custom-designed as Hiekka’s new tropical home.

Unforgettable events at the Theatre Museum
The Theater Museum space is perfectly adaptable to stage new kinds of parties and events. In the raw and edgy environment of the Cable Factory awaits an exciting world exuding the inimitable scent of theatre, within easy reach by public transport.
All kinds of parties and soirées can be organised in the Arkadia Theatre (fit for 10–60 guests), in the Black Box exhibition space (for 80 guests), round exhibition space (for 60 guests) – or in the entire Museum. The party can also move around the Museum! Arkadia has, among other things, sound equipment and a large screen for projections.

The Theatre Museum offers programme packages ready for your party. The programme packages are also designed to suit the theme. If necessary, the ready-made theme programmes and celebrations will be tailored to your wishes.
Villa Wuorio

Villa Wuorio offers events and spaces for many purposes.
The area of Villa Wuorio includes a wonderful over 120-year-old log villa, Villa Bergvik, a separate guest house, a beach sauna, and a nice open park area.
Premises are rented for a wide variety of purposes, both for companies and individuals. Weddings, family celebrations, company events, work team recreation days, courses, retreats, evening out with friends, yard parties, almost any occasion can be done in these wonderful maritime landscapes and atmospheric villa buildings.

Meeting Park Domus

A new 1,500 m² venue complex with 12 meeting and training rooms located in Kamppi, Helsinki, is familiar to many as the former training facilities of Aalto EE. Nearby are the premises of Hanken School of Economics and Aalto University.
The complex is complemented by the DOMUS restaurant and the meeting and training facilities connected to it. The spaces range from a 12 m² meeting room to a 170 m² training room and a 400 m² restaurant area, enabling events for up to 200 people.
Agroksenmäen holvikellari

Located in Hermann, Helsinki, the Agroksenmäki vault cellar is a 150-year-old beer factory warehouse and a barrel maker's workshop that was commissioned for event use in 2005. The space is unique in its kind, as the 300 square metre ballroom, vaulted from a five-metre-high natural granite, is half underground.
The vaulted cellar creates an atmospheric setting for various business-, theme-, wedding- and family celebrations, but is also ideal for exhibition, meeting and mini-fair use.

Vallisaari and Kuninkaansaari are a 20-minute boat ride from Helsinki Market Square, next to Suomenlinna. Their untamed nature offers its visitors a ruggedly beautiful and invigorating nature experience - right in front of our capital. On the islands, you can learn about hundreds of years of military history. Vallisaari is the most diverse natural site in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Villa Furuvik is a seaside villa located in Jollas, Laajasalo, Helsinki, just 20 minutes from the city center. The idyllic villa area, available year-round, provides a unique setting for both corporate and private events.
A lush half-hectare garden area, a historic villa, a beach sauna, a courtyard sauna with accommodation, and an atmospheric grill pavilion enable events ranging from small team days to celebrations of over 150 guests. The villa itself can host events for up to 100 people.

The stunning archipelago scenery of Helsinki offers a unique setting for your event. Family parties, meetings, recreation days and archipelago excursions are always more successful in the fresh sea air! We can tailor a cruise itinerary to your wishes. Suomenlinna, Eiranranta, Kalasatama and the Degerö Canal are just a few of the possible destinations, but our ships can sail all the way to Porvoo if you wish! Departure is conveniently from Kauppatori, the heart of Helsinki.
The Diana and Sofia represent the most modern of island ships, while the Victoria has a charming wooden ship charm. All boats have a large sun deck with unobstructed island views and comfortable interiors that can accommodate between 48 and 72 people, depending on the vessel. All boats have WI-FI, microphone, speakers in all rooms, toilets and a café/bar with concessions. Cruise season: May-September.

Villa Frosterus

The city of Kauniainen owns the area of Villa Frosterus located in Soukanniemi. The area is intended as a recreational and outdoor recreation area for the people of Kaunas. The recreation area offers opportunities for outdoor activities, beach life and island experiences.
Architect Sigurd Frosterus (1876-1956) built Villa Frosterus as his summer residence in 1913, which became a cozy summer retreat for the architect's family. Sigurd Frosterus also designed the Stockmann department store built in 1916 and the president's official residence; a villa in Tamminiemi, Helsinki, later known as the Urho Kekkonen Museum.
Today, you can feel the atmosphere of the past in the cozy milieu of Villa Frosterus, which offers a beautiful environment in which to spend an idea-rich meeting day or a memorable party; weddings, graduations, birthdays, all the celebrations of your life, which are nice to spend in a dignified and traditional milieu.
Villa Junghans

Villa Junghans is a historic villa building owned by the city of Kauniainen. The building primarily serves as a house for local associations and a meeting place. The Vanha Puoli of Villa Junghans is suitable for small-scale events. The premises of the additional building, or New side, can accommodate 150 people. The new side of the premises has a hall, lobby and kitchen. There is an electric piano in the hall.
The new side of Villa Junghans is available for rent on Fridays and Saturdays. The meeting rooms on the old side can be rented on weekdays and weekends when they are free from other regular activities taking place in the premises, at the discretion of cultural services.
Villa Junghans is an old villa from the 1910s and has been owned by the city since the 1970s. The villa was repaired in 1986, when an additional building was also built.
Uusi Paviljonki

Kauniainen's little gem, Uusi Paviljonki, offers cultural pleasures for many tastes. The chamber music hall with its beautiful wooden interior and top acoustics is one of the most important event venues in Kaunas. Over the years, a wide range of different concerts and performances have been heard and seen in the hall, anniversaries, weddings and anniversaries have been celebrated, and classical music has been recorded.
